Second time this happened in a row. The boy this time, I got no reply to my email. Used to ship in cardboard sleeve now they come in. Plastic bag and both arrived crumpled. I’ve ordered at least 8 stickers and have been so happy. Not only was the last one crumpled, it was totally different than approved mock up. Just an ears are bright yellow and it’s been adjusted so there is no dimension to his face at all. Don’t know what’s happened with this company but I can tell you, I’ll never buy again. I no longer will recommend this company.

The buying experience was great. The communication was on point. The stickers look great. Good to see my girls face again... It should be noted that they aren't vinyl, but paper stickers so I'm not sure how they'll hold up to the elements. I have one on my bike, so we shall see. I want one on my car as well, but I wait to see how it does on the bike. All in all a positive experience.

I placed my order at the end of March and the print looked great. However, there was a problem with the shipping and it was sent back to the fulfillment facility (which is not the companies fault). However, on April 10th I was told to give them a different address that gets USPS and once they received my item they would reship it. It is now April 27th and I still have not received anything and their customer service has not responded to my multiple emails to get an update. Unfortunately, at this point, I wouldn't recommend using this company, extremely poor customer service.
