We will use your pets picture and create a custom design just for you. 
We aim to send you a mockup of your design within 2 to 3 business days, depending on demand. So keep and eye out for our emails!

Order Fulfilment Time

- Custom design: We aim to send you a mockup email within 2 to 3 business days. This is depending on demand and might take slightly longer due to the amounts of orders received. 

- We will wait 48 - 72 hours for your response. If we haven’t heard from you within that time, we will send the designs off to production as they are.

- Order production and printing: 4-7 business days. Most orders will ship before the 6th business day

We offer FREE Shipping to the USA. 
All our products are being Printed in the United States and will therefore be sent out via USPS or UPS, depending on the order size. 
The usual shipping time is between 3 and 7 business days. 
Shipping times are subject to carrier conditions and can change temporarily.

PoochPrints LTD does not guarantee shipping carrier timelines. During the holiday season, there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, bad weather, and situations that are beyond our control. 

Shipping fee will NOT be refunded once item has shipped. 
Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers' mistakes on shipping address or customers' unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

FREE SHIPPING only for Canvases, Art Prints and Framed Prints

We charge $6 shipping for your entire order.*
All our products are being Printed in the United States and will therefore be sent out via USPS or UPS, depending on the order size.
USPS or UPS will had over your parcel to your local carrier for posting.
The usual shipping time is between 5 and 14 working days.
Shipping times are subject to carrier conditions and customs & duty regulations.
You as the recipient are responsible for any customs and duty charges to clear the package.
*PoochPrints Fruit and Bone Pattern Socks have a separate delivery charge of $9.50
For example: If you ordered a phone case, a mug and one pair of socks; You will be charged $6 shipping for the phone case and mug combined, plus $9.50 extra shipping for the socks
