HOW TO ORDER

Every item is custom made just for you. We want to make sure that you are to 100% happy with your order, so before we send anything off to production a mockup will be send out to you for your approval. 

If we have not had your approval within 48 to 72 hours we will send your order off to production. 

If applicable, choose any background color, pattern, size, device etc. 

You can add the name of your Pet on some of the products as well and this will be part of the final design. 

Before you check out, you must upload your pets picture. 

You can upload up 6 pictures.

We will use the picture that will fit best for the design.

After you have chosen your personalization options and uploaded your pictures, you can add the product to your cart.

You now can check out or continue shopping. 

You will find a link of your uploaded pictures on your card page.

Continue the check out and enter the shipping details, followed by your payment and billing details. 

We will take your order and create a custom design just for you. We might need to contact you, so please check your inbox and spam regularly. 

After we have completed a mockups, we will send it for approval to you. We aim to send you a mockup email within 2 to 3 business days, depending on demand.

You then can either approve the design for production or disapprove to have changes done.

We want to you to be to 100% happy with your purchase and will make as many revisions as it takes.

However, if we haven't received any approval, disapproval or other form of feedback from you within 48 to 72 hours of sending the mockup, we will send your order off to production.

We are happy to work on any pet or person!

It doesn't matter if your pet is fluffy or scaly.

I have worked on Tortoise, snakes, birds, bunnies etc.

Every pet is welcome!

We accept up to 3 pet per item at no extra, excluding the stickers.

If possible please contact us before purchase to discuss the design for more than one pet.

Please keep in mind that you can only upload 6 pictures per item.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE Shipping to the USA.

All our products are being Printed in the United States and will therefore be sent out via USPS or UPS, depending on the order size.

The usual shipping time is between 3 and 7 working days.

Shipping times are subject to carrier conditions and can change temporarily. 

We charge $6 shipping for your entire order.*

The usual shipping time is between 5 and 14 working days.

For example: If you ordered a phone case, a mug and one pair of socks; You will be charged $6 shipping for the phone case and mug combined, plus $9.50 extra shipping for the socks

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our custom print products can not be restocked as they are made to order so we do not offer refunds or cancellations after we has send your order to production. 

If a cancellation is requested after a design mockup has been sent we will need to charge a $10 cancellation fee for each design made to cover the design work that has already been done on the order.

Each item is made to order for every customer - and as such, we cannot accept general returns for items after they have entered production.

This includes:

- Change of mind

- Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, design, or variant selected)

- Exchanges for alternative design, product or size

- Not as expected items

- Unwanted items

If a cancellation is requested after a design mockup has been sent we will need to charge a $10 cancellation fee for each design made to cover the design work that has already been done on the order.

The returns policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

If your product is damaged or defective, please kindly email us to support@poochprints.com with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defect item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one. Once we receive your information and it is sufficient, we will replace your order.

We are not responsible for lost packages or those that say delivered but never arrived.  Please contact the delivery service or post office before emailing us. We will try as best as we can to help. 

In most cases, we will replace your order if there is a problem such as a defect or broken in transit. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellation and Modification after the final revision is made is NOT guaranteed!

Strictly no returns or exchanges and refund unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) (including when you use the coupon to buy)

No return or cancel when you use any coupons. We only refund or cancel if they are broken or damaged.
If your order contains multiple items, we will ONLY refund for the defective part, not the whole order.

Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once item has shipped. 

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers' mistakes on shipping address or customers' unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.

We do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds, unless the item is defective or damaged.
