I bought this for my friend for Christmas and it turned out perfectly! It does take a decent amount of time for production and shipping so order early if you need it by a certain date but I will for sure be ordering from pooch prints again!

The picture of my dog that I provided came out great. The quality of the puzzle pieces were horrible. The pieces were cut terribly. The puzzle kept shifting because the pieces were so loose. For the cost of the puzzle, I’d expect a quality puzzle. I emailed customer service and I never received a response. So customer service isn’t very good either. Very disappointed!

This pet puzzle purchase is for a gift. Overall it was easy and the ability to communicate via email and approve the purchase was appreciated. My only comment would be to make the picture on the book top the full size of the box top. The current size seems a little small to see. We printed the top to a bigger size for puzzle reference.

I ordered for myself, sister and her two grown daughters. Everyone loved their gift and we plan to assemble our dog puzzles during our vacation at the beach. The puzzles themselves are very beautiful. I assembled one of mine because I couldn't wait until later to do it. I love seeing my beloved Jack in puzzle form.
My only suggestion is to make puzzles random cut. The current pieces are so much alike, it makes monochrome areas too difficult...like pull your hair out difficult. And fur? Ugh. I found myself pulling out already placed pieces because the placement wasnt correct. Random cut pieces would make these puzzles much more pleasant to assemble. But all in all, these puzzles make beautiful gifts.
